How to find a specific past job and information relating to it.

Locating a Specific Job


1. Navigate to the Job section, located in the left-hand navigation menu.


2. Within the Job section, click Filter in the top-right corner.


3. Enter the relevant job details and set the job status to "All" to ensure the widest possible search results.

  • The job number is the most efficient way to locate a specific job.

  • If the job number isn't available, you can search using other filters such as date, customer name, or postcode.

4. Click the green Search button on the right-hand side to run the filter.


5. From the list of results, select the correct job to open its details


Filter meanings:

Job Status — Show only jobs in the statuses you pick (multi-select).These are:

Not Started, In Progress, On Hold, Completed, To Invoice, Invoiced, Cancelled.

Two shortcuts sit at the top: All (everything) and Active (excludes closed/cancelled). Custom and "On Hold " statuses appear here too.


- Advanced Search - Free-text search across job details. Powerful but heavier, so only use it when the quicker fields below won't find what you need.


- Job Number - Find a job by its reference number (the label matches whatever your account calls it).

This is most effective way to find a specific job if you have the correct information.


- Customer - Limit the list to one or more customers. Start typing to search; you can pick several.


- Site / Postcode - Limit to specific sites or postcodes. Type to search and multi-select.


- Job Types - Show only chosen types of work (e.g. Service, Install, Repair). Multi-select.


- Raised By - Filter to jobs created by particular users.


- Regions - Filter by region (only shown if regions are set up). Multi-select.


- Trades - Filter by trade/skillset (only shown if trades are set up). Multi-select.


- Completed On or After - Show jobs completed on or after this date.


- Completed Before - Show jobs completed before this date. Pair with the one above for a completion window.


- Created After - Show jobs created on or after this date.


- Created Before - Show jobs created before this date. Pair with the one above for a creation window.


- Only show recurring jobs - Yes limits the list to recurring jobs only; No shows all.

Panel buttons:
- Lock Filter Box - Keeps the filter panel open between visits (remembered per browser).


- Clear Filters - Resets every filter back to default.


- Search - Applies your selected filters to the list.
