If you have important information that engineers need to read and acknowledge before continuing a job you can use the site hazard box available on each site.
Click on sites then the relevant site. Edit site details where you can then fill in this box.
The site hazard info is visible before they start a job.
On arrival at site this is shown and at that point they have to tick to confirm they have read before it lets them move onto the next stage
