If you have sites where your engineers may need to contact multiple people at that site (such as key holders) then you can use one of two options in Motivity
The simple method is to add a Mobile Note against the relevant site.
Do this by finding the site in the sites list. Click edit and then add the note there.
These notes will be visible for any job that the engineer does on that site.
It shows on the job information tab before and during the job.
The more advance method is to use the Site Contacts feature.
When you add a contact to a site you have the option of making that contact visible on every job. On the sites overview page, press the contacts tab and add your contact in there. Then while filling the details in just click the switch shown below to ON.
