There's two factors to ensure the phones send back location info
First is to switch on the location setting on the phone (which is usually access from the settings menu and also the shortcut buttons when you swipe down the screen)
The second one is to make sure the Motivity app has permission from the phone to read the location information.
To resolve this you have to find the app on the phone and hold your finger on the Motivity icon
When the little menu pops up, press the 'i' symbol
This will then take you off to an app settings page where you can check and switch on the location permission.
