I have added a new office user but they are unable to access any customer equipment (assets) on the office website

Changing user access permissions on office website

When you add a new office user onto Motivity Workforce, it gives them limited access to core features such as

Customers
Sites
Site Contacts

Personnel

Jobs

Visits

Locator

To allow you new office user to access Equipment you will need to go onto Company Settings -> Office Users

Click the relevant office user

Then, under Permissions section, locate the Equipment permission and click in the Full Access column to change the cross to a tick as shown below:-
